Liz was great to work with. She answered all my questions, explained each step, helped me navigate through the website for the first time. I was really impressed with how Liz handled each task, and called when she said she would. She would tell me when to expect a call from her, or when best to contact her. It made juggling my refinance and working my job at the same time very easy.

Liz was extremely helpful throughout this refinance process. She is a very knowledgeable and very approachable person. Since the restructuring of the banks, the lending process has become quite convoluted. Liz was always available to answer any and all questions. She also caught my mishaps and appropriately motivated me when I procrastinated.

Liz was great. She was detailed, knowledgeable and friendly from the get go. When she said she'd call back in 15 minutes, you could set your watch accordingly. I'm a 69 year old gentlemen and Liz even made this process seem attainable for me.. Rocket Mortgage should be proud to have Liz as a front-line point of contact representative. But I couldn't figure out how to send a Fax on my computer. Every time I needed to talk to her or Cathy Miller, I couldn't believe it they called back in minutes.
