Liz was extremely helpful throughout this refinance process. She is a very knowledgeable and very approachable person. Since the restructuring of the banks, the lending process has become quite convoluted. Liz was always available to answer any and all questions. She also caught my mishaps and appropriately motivated me when I procrastinated.

Liz was great. She was detailed, knowledgeable and friendly from the get go. When she said she'd call back in 15 minutes, you could set your watch accordingly. I'm a 69 year old gentlemen and Liz even made this process seem attainable for me.. Rocket Mortgage should be proud to have Liz as a front-line point of contact representative. Liz was great, she walked us through the process of refinancing. Organize others on her team to work with us. If I was better on the computer, I wouldn't have had to leave my house at all. But I couldn't figure out how to send a Fax on my computer. Every time I needed to talk to her or Cathy Miller, I couldn't believe it they called back in minutes. I was completely happy with Elizabeth, in todays world very few people actually do a good job or even care. The military has turned me quite negative towards people. Their word doesn't mean nothing, so yes I was fall down, knocked out surprised with the timely communication and sometimes walking me through the re-financing of my home.
