We both quickly learned how wrong we were. Louis Harper was extremely professional, competent and quite personable. He made a point of staying in touch with us beginning with the prequalification process right through to the completion of the process.

The commitment to service that Louis provided to us went far beyond anything we could have reasonably expected. He gave us not only his office telephone number, but his cellphone number to use on weekends and after hours if the need arose. Louis made sure that all deadlines were met. As a result, we avoided many of the nightmare stories that so many people have experienced when walking through the minefield of home ownership.
