This was not my first encounter with loan banker but it was my first with a banker that worked with me during the entire process. Louis kept his professionalism even when I had hard questions that made others run away or upset during the loan process. I was looking out for myself and Louis Mendoza was there for me. Grate work, keep it up.
Stayed right on top of things all he way through, from house hunting, on through the process. This was my first time through the process so I found this a huge help.
He was aggressive, without being pushy and helped greatly in keeping this mortgage moving along on what was a short 22 day closing window.
