I would give Manny 5 stars, but the overall experience with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortage 2 stars. Manny was very attentive and helpful. Then we got passed off to other "specialists" that weren't as helpful. It would have been a better experience working with Manny throughout the entire process. At the time of the closing the mortgage checks from Rocket Mortgage were lost and then Rocket Mortgage...I would give Manny 5 stars, but the overall experience with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortage 2 stars.
