He could have been a little better on follow-up with me and that is the only reason I did not give him 5 stars. Marc was always there for us. Weather it was the preliminary exploration process, application process, helping with the rate lock, and the closing process Marc would help us and add that extra internal coordination to get over the rough spots.

Unless you are extremely computer/internet savvy, it can be very frustrating, as it was for me, but Marc got me thru to a fast close.
