Based on my experience with Rocket Mortgage, I believe they have an almost perfect combination of professional people and technology, their website kept me informed of current status while providing ways for needed documents to be passed to/from me. The website is user friendly and all folks that I talked to were professional, knowledgable and friendly. I communicated with three people during the process and Marc was one of them, he kept me up to date on my status so I was confident that he was monitoring/updating my account regularly.
