Horrible experience. All I needed was an approval letter. Just needs a dollar amount and an interest rate. It does not need to be addressed to anyone. He asks for information I already gave him. I already have a mortgage with Rocket. You already have all of my information. The rest of the information that he wants is not relevant. He is just data mining.
