1. Mobile experience is absolutely fantastic. So easy to use, understand and quick!

2. When I had a question I simply chatted with a Banker (Mark), where he quickly gave me the answers I needed.

My experience working with Mark was very bad. I am an existing Rocket Mortgage customer and was looking for refinance to save some money with low rate of interest. The thing that bothers me a lot is that, Mark told me a rate of interest and closing cost based on my loan amount in initial chat, I gave him a go ahead to pull my credit report to proceed with the loan. I treat my credit score very carefully. Mark should have clarified that he would not be able to keep his offer, before pulling my credit report and being a little transparent. That would have saved me an unnecessary inquiry on my credit, at least.Read MoreRead Less
