Marzia is a good loan helper. She appears to know her business very well. You might have a thing to fill out that list when is the best time to call. I just prefer email communication without having to log into the Rocket Mortgage site. It would be nice too if your website had a way to directly send our information to home insurance companies and home inspectors for them to send us estimates.

Generally, you don't realize that info could be the one reason a rep wants to help someone. She is a never give up type person without being condescending or rude.
