Ok, so where do I start? My wife and I have been looking for a new home for a couple of years. We found a few prospective homes and wanted to move fast. During my research a couple of cimpatiens kept coming up for mortgage originations. I called the first and was on hold for 30 mins... bad sign right? I called Rocket Mortgage and was immediately transferred to Matt. I got lucky! Within the first day we were pre- approved numbers in hand we called a realtor and went house shopping. Every day Matt called or emailed to make sure all was good. He answered the phone 90% of the time pretty much at anytime of the day. On the occasions I did leave a message he'd have the answer emailed and then provided a follow up call. The whole time he made sure we had all our buying options laid out in an easy to understand manner. When we put an offer in and went to start the closing process, Matt and his team went even further. They engineered the loan to save us 10 years off the loan for very little extra monthly.
If your still reading this then I have one last thing to add. He won't sell you an unrealistic loan or home expectations. He will get you into what you can realistically afford and not be worried about months end or even when the tax bill arrives. That to me means he's not in the sell a home game.
