I attempted to work with Matt to purchase a home, and was unable to complete the purchase due to insufficient funds. Matt, David Caniff and Rocket Mortgage attempted to then sabotage the return of my earnest money deposit by falsely claiming that I the client was withdrawing from the transaction. The transaction fell through due to a change in my gift donors finances, and I was told point blank ...I attempted to work with Matt to purchase a home, and was unable to complete the purchase due to insufficient funds. Matt, David Caniff and Rocket Mortgage attempted to then sabotage the return of my earnest money deposit by falsely claiming that I the client was withdrawing from the transaction. The transaction fell through due to a change in my gift donors finances, and I was told point blank that my loan was denied as a result. The next day, Matt and David falsified the reason for the loan process ending saying that I, the Client, refused to provide documents needed to establish my credit. A total lie. I would not recommend Matt at all, he is dishonest and had I not caught their dishonesty in my denial letter I would not have had my earnest money deposit returned to me.Read MoreRead Less
