Max was so patient when working with me. He explained things simply and completely in a way that I could understand (I have reading comprehension issues due to a TBI) yet, I did not feel dumb or a burden when asking for clarification or for something to be repeated. I have problems processing numbers and I felt SAFE and confident working with Max (and Rocket) to help me. I appreciate all the help....Max was so patient when working with me.
