I started the process of selling/buying a home 7 months ago. I had my house on the market and then took it off (due to the crazy housing market right now) and then put it back on the market. There were options that Max offered me to buy a house sooner, but never was pushy about “what I needed to do”. Max listened to what I needed/wanted and then provided information to help with a decision, again never making me feel I had to do anything “right now”. Max being this kind of person means a lot in our current economy…there are still real people out there that cares about the person and not just another sale/closing.
