For those who are interested, I highly recommend Michael Brennan (of Rocket Mortgage) as a mortgage banker. From my experience, Michael was very knowledgeable, efficient and available all through the loan process. Since I only had experience with a new home loan process about 13 years ago; I was unfamiliar with the details, but every question I had he took the time to explain them to me.

From my experience, Michael was very knowledgeable, efficient and available all through the loan process. Since I only had experience with a new home loan process about 13 years ago; I was unfamiliar with the details, but every question I had he took the time to explain them to me.
I was impressed with his ability to get a lower rate than the competitor banker and also how he assisted me in other discounts that were available. As a matter of fact, the competitor mortgage banker I was comparing loan rates with felt that the loan package from Michael was "too good to be true."
