Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business. He is way beyond his years in technical aptitude, business acumen, and personal / relational engagement.
