Miranda was responsive & fast in providing comparison info. We compared against at least 4 mortgage lenders for buying a second home & openly disclosing that to each one.

Rocket was the last one I contacted. Her quick responses & immediate info was so helpful. Importantly, she was professional both in the written portal & on the phone even after standard business hours (which was not necessary) & ...Miranda was responsive & fast in providing comparison info. We compared against at least 4 mortgage lenders for buying a second home & openly disclosing that to each one.

Rocket was the last one I contacted. Her quick responses & immediate info was so helpful. Importantly, she was professional both in the written portal & on the phone even after standard business hours (which was not necessary) & put offers in writing.

Her efforts will make me likely to engage Rocket Mortgage in the future for any financing comparisons earlier in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a contact for others.
