Thorough, knowledgable, and professional. The only reasons it's not 5 stars: 1. he sometimes spoke too quickly and I had to ask him to repeat himself and 2. he did not ever affirmatively state that I would be getting a cash-out from the refi which caused me to almost halt the process. Only with the intervention of a manager did I get the assurances that I sought.
