Easily the worse banker I’ve ever worked with, waited 30 days and $500 later to start asking qualifying questions. Found out 30 days after approval Rocket Mortgage was bailing on our loan. Michael never lied about anything, he just fumbled the process over and over. We were bought and signed by another Mortage company within 4 days of all this with zero surprises or issues. We will never be back.
