He was on my side and wanted to put my family in our forever home, it was more than just a job. He made me feel he was personally invested just as much as me. I can confidently say as me and my family stand perched upon the deck overlooking the lake of our forever home, this would not be possible without Miguel's professionalism, work ethic, and pride in what he does. I was curious about the possibility of refinancing to a 15 year fixed loan from my current 30 year fixed loan. Miguel talked to me for the better part of an hour getting my information and running the numbers for me. He was super pleasant to talk to. Really gave me some good information. Laid out all the possible fees for me.

In the end he recommended the refinance probably not be the best ...I was curious about the possibility of refinancing to a 15 year fixed loan from my current 30 year fixed loan. Miguel talked to me for the better part of an hour getting my information and running the numbers for me. He was super pleasant to talk to. Really gave me some good information. Laid out all the possible fees for me.

In the end he recommended the refinance probably not be the best idea for me right now but in a couple of years it would be if rates remain where they are. His honesty and information were great and much appreciated. I'll circle back with Miguel in future for sure!!!
