Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I started this process by simply wanting to know details. Mike answered all of my questions even knowing I am just trying to learn the process. He never pushed just simply let me know he was there for anything. He never judged when I had wild questions he simply answered and reassured me everything will work out. He somehow managed to calm me and remove the anxiety from the process even on the other side of the country.
