Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. If Rocket Mortgage had more employees such as Molly Rocket Mortgage will consistently outperform competitors.
