I was told by a friend to give Rocket Mortgage a try. I was hesitant initially with dealing with an online mortgage company but after the hassles and frustrations that my local lender and realtor put me through I decided to give them a try. I can say from day one the communication was great. If had any questions Nate answered them quickly. Paperwork was a breeze, just send it via computer and it was added to my file, no hassle! I would call Nate late at night and he would call me back and answer any and all questions I had. I know I was a pain in the behind but Nate never got frustrated with me. Plus after the I told him of the problems I was having with my realtor he got in contact with a realtor in my area who contacted me and together we found my dream home!! I have been in my house now for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that I could not have gotten it for it not for the amazing help of Rocket Mortgage but more importantly Nate Alwerfalli.
