I first contacted Rocket Mortgage during 2015 based on a TV advertisement and was lucky to speak with Nate Alwerfalli. Nate and I connected very quickly, we spoke about his Dad’s profession and my vocation which is the same. I immediately reached out to Nate who was always very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I was immediately pre-approved and got the letter in a few days. Nate was available late in the evenings, weekends and seemed to be always there for me to sound off my concerns or questions. It was always easy to speak with him and in all cases I felt that he also had my interest too in working through various options and helping me make the best decisions.
