Nate was great to work with during the purchase process for our mutual client that just closed on 10/26/23. I loved that he was available on his cell phone to answer any questions or update the pre-approval letter on the weekends and evenings when I needed to contact him. Nate also was able to extend the Rate Lock by a couple of days for our clients.
