The builder's mortgage company was unorganized with people who had zero clue what they are doing.

I can’t believe how smooth everything went. My mother passed away the week I was refinancing and I was just lost and felt as though there was no way to pull this refinancing off. Nathan made it super smooth and helped make refinancing not an added stress.
