I was AMAZED at how quickly Nathan responded to any questions we had. I deal with a lot of people in the business world, yet never have I seen customer service this excellent. Not only was he ALWAYS there for us, ( even on his days off he returned calls ) he also got the loan closed in RECORD time! We needed it done quickly, and he came through.
