When I called Nathan I was in a bit of a panic. I had been absolutely run through the mill by another (realtor recommended) mortgage company. I just felt it had to be easier. I was feeling as if I were close to tears when I made the call. Nathan listened, calmed me, and told me we were going to work together to make this happen. I had been pre-approved by Rocket Mortgage. On another note, the closing title company agent told me that she loves when a buyer uses Rocket Mortgage. She said that the buyer comes in so informed (and I was) that her job is so much easier.
