We had a few tricky issues to work through, and she dealt with all with patience and with a smile in her face (yes, I can tell when someone is smiling on the phone call). After dealing with a local bank for loan processes, my husband and I are very glad we decided to refinance our loan with Rocket Mortgages. The whole set up with Rocket Mortgages using the website, fast and friendly representatives and having the closing in our own living room cannot be topped.
