He even called the listing agent for the house my buyer made an offer on during the aggressive 2021 seller's market to explain how our mutual client was not just pre-qualified but already fully pre-approved. He further explained how the buyer's were in very good standings which helped my buyer's offer to be accepted. Even the listing agent was impressed. I need more stars! 5 is not enough! Hey anyone that is looking to purchase a home link up with Nick Bowman. He is your guy! Being a 1st time home owner can be scary. Super Nick rescued me.He practically holds your hand from start to finish. Although I know I can be a headache sometimes, Nick never gave me the feeling he never had time for me. He was right there.
