Nick was pretty responsive, very nice and helpful but, one thing that I would say is he needs to let his clients know to cancel their automatic payments when refinancing; because I thought Rocket Mortgage took care of all of this for me and they didn't. So, an auto payment came out of my bank account unexpectedly which wasn't a positive experience for me.
