He had closed a loan the previous year with Nick and had only great things to say about the experience.
I, too, echo all the praise and positive ratings given to Nick Iannucci and Rocket Mortgage. Right from the start Nick was professional, listened to my needs and was articulate and realistic about the options he proposed. Once we decided on the numbers and terms, everything else just fell into place. I found the technology to be easy to navigate. Nick answered any and all questions quickly and thoroughly, and everything was delivered as promised. The entire online experience was simple; I appreciated the frequent communication and the responsiveness of the team.
Don't be put off by Nick's somewhat terse manner of speaking; it's just his way. Believe me, he will stay with you throughout the loan/refinance process and will always be professional and trustworthy (and actually has a very good sense of humor).
