From the time I started working with Patrick till the refinance was funded Patrick was always available to answer any questions and/or concerns that we had. Partick and the Rocket Mortgage team made the refi process quick and easy. The on-line process makes the process much more efficient than doing/mailing paperwork. This is the only way to go to do a mortgage/refi.
