Best Thing We Ever Did was call Patrick. I Hear Nightmares about Closing on a House Being Difficult and Long Process. I told Patrick I Wanted to Close in I belive it was 2 months he took care of everything and we got everything Closed on Time.
he told us how much we would need at closing so when all paperwork was done we were not suprised
