Pete is actually a huge reason why I got my house over all the other offers. I was not the highest offer but because the listing agent had worked with Pete countless times in the past the agent was more comfortable selling the house to me.

It was amazing. I talked to him just a few times in the process, and the closing went so smooth. It was amazing , for the nightmare normally called a mortgage application, even for customers ( I am a Realtor) are offered a refinance by their own mortgage company, and are so over qualified , but still have to jump through to many hoops.
