Peter was my banker when I purchased my first home. Since it was my first time, I felt clueless going into it and was very nervous about the process. There ended up being an issue with the appraisal on the home I ultimately purchased (something to do with the previous owner not filing for a building permit with the city for work done in the past). It was no one's fault but it had to be addressed before we could close. Pete went above and beyond to find a solution for the issue. He fought tooth and nail for me to make sure I got to closing in the time needed. He was always keeping in contact with both myself and my realtor to make sure we were all kept in the loop. I had a lot of questions and scenarios that I wanted to weigh out (mortgages are a big deal, right?), and Peter was more than happy to hash out every possible scenario that I could think of. He was very accommodating and patient, as well as extremely knowledgable and patient.
