The estimate provided to me which I relied on to choose Rocket Mortgage was inexcusably wrong. I have requested a line item detail of "Adjustments and Other Credits" from that estimate but am told that info isn't available. How convenient.

In the end, Adjustments and Other Credits was off by $9,318.96. This should be illegal.
