Phillip Ducher was very professional. I had a few hiccups and too much time past between my lock in rate and the appraisal. ( I had issues with appraisal and he had to come back twice) The locked in rate changed but we still went ahead. Watch your appraisals and square footage. That is not Phillips doing though.
