My experience of re-financing was great ... it was pain free .... Honestly I didn't know how all that happened. Their on-line tool to communicate was excellent .... In matter of days it all got approved and my house is refinanced .... after submitting application they asked me couple of times some papers .. that's all .... lady came to my house to take signatures from my wife and me.

The communication with my advisor via the internet and phone calls kept me in the loop at all times. I never thought I could acquire a mortgage so quickly without actually having a 1:1 conversation. Now I am getting letters from the VRRL (?) suggesting that I can get a better rate than my 4.25% Any chance of that happening using Rocket Mortgage?

I would like to point out that our experience with Philip was great! Philip maintained contact with us throughout the entire process answering all of our questions. The process was very smooth and without any pressure. We closed within 22 days or so without any surprises at closing. We also referred our parents who are also using Rocket Mortgage to purchase their new home.

The only issue I had was when my home in Enumclaw sold, i had several phone calls from Rocket Mortgage to get my new home loan/ Well I already did 6 months ago,,hated the solicitation calls, Other than that 5 star service
