I want to find the right words to characterize the process.
It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental....I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage.

It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known.
Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most.
