When I was given the worst news possible that I was not getting my loan from the bank due to COVID19. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage and you IMMEDIATELY went to work! Maybe the bank dropping me was a blessing in the skies, the bank was giving me a 3.6 interest rate, but Rocket Mortgages offered me a 2.75 interest rate fixed. You guided me through the entire process. When I didn’t understand or seemed uncomfortable with the numbers you went back in to see what else could be offered to me. I was impressed with how your team covered when Mike went on vacation. There was no rock unturned. You went above and beyond with my rate lock expiring. The app made the process very easy.
