This was my first time buying a house and I was going in on it with a family member...lesson learned, never again. This was my first time buying a house and I was going in on it with a family member...lesson learned, never again. The rug was pulled out from under me just weeks before closing, so now I am unable to get a house after all, a problem caused by my family member's personal choices and had nothing to do with Ramsin, Rocket or anything else related.

However, despite all the unforseen complications on our end, I was amazed at how well he handled the entirety of the situation. Ramsin remained calm, professional, communicative, and went above and beyond for me many times. He treated me with kindness, compassion and offered creative solutions; one that ensured a full refund of my earnest money deposit.

When I am in the market again to buy a house on my own, I will definately use Rocket Mortage again and will request Ramsin to represent me.
