I was very happy with the communication (from the start on the Chat) till the day we closed the sale. Richard always clear in his communication and assisted to ensure we get the deal we need. He was thorough and provided details to the point. Beforehand I heard that we should ensure at least 2 hours for closing. We only spend 30 minutes on closing - so in my opinion this was very successful ...I was very happy with the communication (from the start on the Chat) till the day we closed the sale.
