The process with Rick Pridemore and Rocket Mortgage is just easy! This was the 3rd house that I have purchased and the first using Rocket Mortgage... everything was so much easier this time. The entire staff was top notch. I've bought a few houses in the past and this was, by far, the easiest and smoothest loan process I've experienced. The "to-do" list is great, and the gentle nudges from the staff to prioritize and walk me through the more complex form was fantastic.
