I had another person speak to me before Rick, and that person was trying to lock me into a rate early just so he could go on vacation (sounded like he worked on commission and wanted the credit more than my well-being).

Rick was completely different. Me took time to explain things and answered all of my questions. Very clear communicator and very helpful.

I have refinanced with Rick three times, and he has made it easy each time. He runs all of the scenarios that I ask, puts up with my endless questions on options, and makes the process run smoothly. The first time that I refinanced with Rick, he was actually the only lender who found a way to consolidate my first and second into a single loan (and I tried a number of different ones).
