Calm demeanor, convincing, and always respectful. OVerall not a bad experience, but displeased at how certain steps were dragged as though to put me in a tight spot with no time to scrutinize the details of the various monetary documents. I would say Travis is good at his job but not proactIve and would barely go the extra mile.
