It took from April 7 or 8th until May 23 to actually move into my new house. My first house took almost 5 months due to stalling on the mortgage lenders part. I entertained the thought of refinancing my home but was very skeptical because I wasn't sure my credit was good enough. I was introduced to Rob and he got right to the point and was in depth as to what he needed to proceed and I qualified for a VA loan which I was very excited about.
