Roberto has been great to work with. Out of the dozen or so people we've been passed around to over the course of a week and a half (this is how Rocket does business), Roberto has been one of the most patient and thorough. Just make sure to ask about sending emails to him instead of faxes (re: payoff letters, for example), because many companies are no longer using fax machines. That caused a bit of runaround for me two weeks back. And if you're trying to get results over a holiday things will take a extra days to process. And don't let anyone schedule your closing appointment before Roberto is done with his side of things, or else he gets locked out and you'll have to make more phone calls to other Rocket people to change the status in the system, so he can get back in to request an updated credit report.
