Rodrigo was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful. He maintained consistent communication throughout the process and was especially helpful in securing a final closing date to better meet our needs, without us even asking! In fact, our closing company said they were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the closing went. I highly recommend Rodrigo and Rocket Mortage!

I was promised a discount up to 10k, if I used a Rocket Mortgage partner real estate agent. That then was reduced to 3k, shortly before closing because of a "mistake". Then the 3k discount was not reflected in the final closing costs. I complained but was given some ridiculous excuse that it was included in my rate lock but even though it is not reflected in any of my paperwork.
