I first worked with Rosie when my daughter was looking at buying a home. At that time I made a decision to refinance my home.
Costco Mortgage has about 10 lenders and was offering very low origination fees through all of their lenders. I choose 4 and at the same time began an application with Rocket Mortgage with Rosie. I am self-employed and my income comes from multiple sources and makes ...I first worked with Rosie when my daughter was looking at buying a home. At that time I made a decision to refinance my home.
Costco Mortgage has about 10 lenders and was offering very low origination fees through all of their lenders. I choose 4 and at the same time began an application with Rocket Mortgage with Rosie. I am self-employed and my income comes from multiple sources and makes qualifying for a loan difficult. After about 2 weeks I discovered that the Costco lenders would be unable to qualify me. One of them was honest in explaining this to me.
Rosie was very positive during the entire process. Rocket Mortgage, AKA Rocket Mortgage, had the depth within their organization to analyze my portfolio and reach a positive conclusion to close the loan with me today. The other lenders could only go to about a level 2 out of 5 levels in analysis.
Last but far from least is the very nice notary that Rocket Mortgage sent to our home to close the loan. This lady was very good in the close. She told me that Rocket Mortgage has been able to close most of the loans very quickly. Some of other lenders had taken as long as 9 months to close. Therefore, some borrowers from other lenders were not happy at closing.
Therefore, it is easy to recommend Rosie and Rocket Mortgage. Their origination fees may be a little higher but their service and due diligence is worth a small premium.Read MoreRead Less
